You should receive your CIGNA membership
card through your Human Resources department (HRD).
Contact your HRD if you have not received your card.
* You must go to a listed Preferred
Provider to receive your
benefits. There are no out of network benefits!
* Tell the Dental Preferred Provider
that you have CIGNA Dental Network
Access (CDNA)
through your Employer.
* You must show the Preferred Provider
your TDP member card at the
time of service.
* There are no claim forms for you to
file. Your fees are
automatically adjusted at the time services are rendered.
