Networks of America Hearing Plan-Preferred
Provider Network (P.P.N.) This plan will reduce
your hearing expenses on devices and services.
There are no annual or lifetime maximums, no claim
forms to file, no exclusions, and there is no
pre-authorization required. Choose a Provider
from the list below to receive the scheduled member
benefits. Make sure you tell the Provider that
you are a member of the United
Networks of America Hearing Plan.
