Plan member you are eligible to access the American
Cosmetic Surgery Network. This plan will reduce
your cosmetic surgery expenses twenty percent (20%)
to fifty percent (50%) off physicians fees on all cosmetic
surgery procedures including Breast Augmentation, Liposuction,
Laser Surgery, Facelift, Tummy Tuck, and more. There
are no annual or lifetime maximums, no claim forms to
file, no exclusions, and there is no pre-authorization
required. Choose a Provider from the list below to receive
the scheduled member benefits. Make sure you tell the
Provider that you are a member of the American Cosmetic
Surgery Network.
