Here’s how Cigna Dental Network Access
works

Individuals who enroll in the Cigna
Dental Network Access (CDNA) Plan must bring their
CDNA card with them to the dentist office. CDNA
members must select a dentist from the Cigna Provider
Network. (link)

The card will have the CIGNA Dental
logo and instructions that say, “The card
holder is directly responsible for payment to the
dentist.” The CDNA dentist should adjust your
bill according to the Cigna Fee Schedule.

Simply pay your adjusted bill at
the time services are rendered. THERE ARE NO CLAIM
FORMS TO FILE! ! !

Participants may visit any network
dentist and can change offices at any time.
